JDK 1.2.2 or later versions (including JDK 1.4.1) - The Windows 95/98/NT and Solaris distribution of JDK can be downloaded from Sun's JavaSoft web site at http://www.javasoft.com. The Linux distribution can be downloaded from http://www.blackdown.org.
If you are using JDK 1.2 for Linux, you must have glibc 2.0 available in your system in order to run the JDK properly.
Java-enabled Web Browser (Netscape 4.x / IE 4.x) with Sun's Java Plug-in is required to test or view applets within a web browser developed using TL1API. The plug-in is needed to test / view the applets which use swing or JFC components. The standard Netscape 4.x or IE 4.x browsers do not support JFC classes.
